Mega PIX Pricing: We Changed It Again, and Here’s Why

Oh, hey there! It’s us - and yes, we’re here to talk about Mega PIX!. Again. You may have noticed that Mega PIX has been suspiciously absent for a while. And while we wish it because we were off galivanting the multiverse, it was because we were buried under a mountain of spreadsheets, trying to solve the Great Mega PIX! Price Conundrum.

When we first unleashed Mega PIX! on the world, we were like, “$125? Perfect! Our fans will love it!” Then reality came knocking, and it had a bill in hand. Turns out, production costs are like that one NPC in a video game who just keeps popping up to remind you of your next quest—annoyingly persistent and impossible to avoid. So, when we dropped the Bloo x Freddy release, we had to bump the price to $175. It wasn’t ideal, but it was the only way to deliver the quality you deserve. And deliver we did! But… yeah, we heard you. Loudly. Repeatedly. In ALL CAPS.

So, after a lot of reflection (and a few “how the hell are we going to make this happen” moments), we’re thrilled to announce that Mega PIX! is back at its original $125 price point.

It’s a fine line between delivering the quality you expect and keeping Mega PIX! accessible to everyone. We didn’t want to cut corners, but we knew we needed to make a change. Why the shift? Because we’re committed to making sure Mega PIX! stays within reach for as many fans as possible, without compromising on the craftsmanship you know and love. At Thrilljoy, we’re always listening, learning, and working to grow, and this adjustment is our way of balancing value with quality for all of you.

Now, to those of you who snagged Bloo x Freddy at $175, you’re the real MVPs. You believed in us when prices were higher, and we’re endlessly grateful. We’re still figuring out how best to show our appreciation (beyond heartfelt blog posts, obviously), so stay tuned for updates.
