All customers must have an account on our website to purchase products.
Ongoing drops will be hosted exclusively on Thrilljoy.com- schedule to be announced post-NYCC.
Our virtual queue will allow you to reserve your spot for the drop. Once the sale goes live, the queue will be randomized. This ensures a smooth and orderly experience for everyone.
Once you’re in the queue, you’ll receive updates on your position and estimated wait time. You’ll be notified when it’s your turn to enter the sale.
NOTE: To maintain a quality experience, there may be a limit on the number of participants.
Once you enter the sale, simply browse our current drops, select what you’d like, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, go to your cart and follow the checkout prompts!
If you miss your turn, you may have to wait until the next opportunity. Keep an eye on social for updates!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is submitted, it will be processed immediately, and no changes can be made. Make sure to double-check before hitting that “Place Order” button!
When will my order ship?
Online orders from our first ever drop will be shipped within 2-4weeks. We appreciate your patience and look forward to delivering your products promptly!
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to addresses in the U.S. and Canada only. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price and will be calculated during checkout.

Do you have pre-order options for upcoming releases?
Some pre-order items may take up to 45 days for delivery. Each product page will clearly indicate the expected shipping timeframe for that specific item.
What happens if I miss the release of an item?
