Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a ticket for Thrilljoy’s SDCC Block Party (“Event”), all attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Admission & Entry

• Entry is limited to officially ticketed guests only.
• Each attendee must have their own valid ticket and wristband to enter the Event.
• One ticket = one wristband = one entry.  
• All attendees, including children, must be present to redeem their ticket and receive their wristband.
• Multiple wristbands, PIX! Packs, prizes, food/drink access, or event items will not be issued to a single individual on behalf of other guests.
• Thrilljoy reserves the right to request a valid government-issued ID at any time to verify ticket ownership and attendee identity.
• Thrilljoy reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest for any reason permitted by law.  

Wristband Policy

• Wristbands must be worn securely on the wrist at all times during the Event.
• Wristbands may not be removed, cut, tampered with, transferred, or worn anywhere other than the wrist.  
  
• Removal, alteration, damage, or tampering with a wristband may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.  
  
• Lost wristbands will NOT be replaced under any circumstances.  
  
• Event technology and redemption systems are designed to prevent duplicate scans and redemptions. Additional scans for games, food, beverages, prizes, activities, or event access will not be granted.
• Guests without a valid wristband will not be permitted to enter the Event, participate in activities, redeem prizes, receive food or beverages, or collect exit gifts.  

Team Selection Policy 

• Ticket types require team selection during checkout.
• Once checkout is completed, team selections cannot be changed, transferred, or modified.

Event Participation

• Guests must comply with all Event staff instructions, venue rules, and safety procedures at all times.  
  
• Thrilljoy reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event at any time for disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, harassment, intoxication, violation of these Terms, or failure to follow staff instructions. Removal will occur without refund.
• Guests participate in all games, activities, attractions, and experiences at their own risk.  
  Prizes, Collectibles & Packaging
• Each ticket holder is eligible to receive only one Block Party PIX! Pack and associated event items, unless otherwise stated.
• Guests must be present at the time prizes, giveaways, or exit items are distributed. Missed items will not be shipped, held, or fulfilled after exiting the Event.
• Thrilljoy is not responsible for damaged product packaging, collectible boxes, cosmetic imperfections, or wear that may occur during transportation, handling, or the Event experience.
• Event items, giveaways, exclusives, and prizes are available while supplies last and may change without notice.

Food & Beverage Policy

• Food and beverages provided at the Event may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, shellfish, sesame, and gluten.  
  
• While allergen information may be provided where available, all food is prepared in shared kitchens and environments where cross-contamination may occur.  
  
• Thrilljoy, event vendors, and venue partners cannot guarantee that any food or beverage item is completely free of allergens.  
  
• Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions assume all risks associated with consumption at the Event and are encouraged to use their own discretion when selecting food and beverages.  
  
• Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests 21+ with valid government-issued identification. Thrilljoy and venue staff reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at any time.  
  

Refund & Resale Policy  

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely no refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or cancellations will be permitted.  
  
• Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.  
  
• Thrilljoy reserves the right to cancel any ticket order suspected of fraud, scalping, abuse, or violation of these Terms.  
  
• Where a ticket has been transferred from the original purchaser to a third party ("Transferee"), the Transferee acknowledges and agrees that:  
  
• They accept the ticket as-is and assume full responsibility for its validity at the time of transfer  
  
• Thrilljoy is not liable for any ticket that has been previously scanned, voided, cancelled, or reported as lost or stolen prior to or following the transfer  
  
• Any transfer conducted outside of Thrilljoy's official transfer process (where one exists) is undertaken entirely at the Transferee's own risk  
  
• The Transferee is bound by all terms and conditions applicable to the original ticket purchase  
  
• If a ticket obtained through an Unauthorized Source or an unofficial transfer is found to be invalid at the point of entry, the ticket holder:  
  
• Will be refused entry to the event without recourse to a refund or replacement ticket from the Thrilljoy  
  
• Will need to contact the third-party seller or transferor directly to seek any remedy available to them  
  
• On occasion, technical errors occurring within third-party ticketing, inventory management, or sales platforms used by the Thrilljoy may result in the sale of a number of tickets exceeding the authorized capacity of the venue ("Overselling Event"). Thrilljoy does not accept responsibility for errors originating solely within third-party software systems outside of its direct control, though it is committed to resolving such situations fairly and promptly to the best of its ability.
  

Photography & Media Release   

• By attending the Event, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
• Attendees grant Thrilljoy the right to use event photos, video, audio, and likenesses for promotional, marketing, social media, and commercial purposes without compensation.

Venue & Liability

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
• Thrilljoy and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• Event details, schedules, activities, talent appearances, offerings, and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
• Attendance at the Event is at the attendee’s own risk.

By attending the Event, all guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
