You Got Your Ticket to Rock the Block… Now What? 🎸
The countdown is officially on! Rock the Block is almost here, and we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you. If you scored a ticket to the biggest Thrilljoy event of the year, this is everything you need to know before the party starts. From picking up your RFID wristband and what your ticket includes to trading with fellow collectors and rocking out with a legendary band, here’s your guide to an unforgettable night.
📍 EVENT TIMELINE
Date: Saturday, July 25, 2026
Location: InterContinental San Diego
Doors Open: 5:00 PM
Parking is limited, so ridesharing is highly encouraged!
Come early because you won’t want to miss a minute. The night is packed with games, food, prizes, collector experiences, surprise moments, and an epic live performance to close out the evening.
🎟️ PICK UP YOUR RFID WRISTBAND
Your RFID wristband is your ticket into Rock the Block and is required to access everything the event has to offer. It also powers your food and drink redemptions, games, prizes, and other event experiences.
To make entry as smooth as possible, we highly encourage picking up your wristband before Saturday evening. You will receive your Block Party: Rock the Block PIX! Pack upon arrival at the event.

- Friday 10AM - 5PM
- Saturday 10AM - 2PM

Each guest must be present to redeem their own wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable and must remain securely fastened throughout the event. Lost, cut, removed, or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced.

We’re turning the volume all the way up because Bowling for Soup is headlining Rock the Block! Get ready to sing along to the pop-punk anthems that defined a generation as Bowling for Soup closes out an already incredible night.

Your Rock the Block ticket is your all-access pass to an unforgettable night with the Thrilljoy community. Once you’re inside, you’ll enjoy food, two complimentary drinks, games and activities, giveaways, photo ops, and a concert by Bowling for Soup.
A NIGHT FOR COLLECTORS!
Rock the Block is more than a party. It’s one of the biggest collector meetups of the year.
Bring your extra PIX! to trade, make an ISO sign, and connect with fellow Thrillseekers looking to complete their collections. Whether you’re hunting your grail or helping another collector find theirs, this is the perfect place to meet new friends, make trades, and celebrate the hobby we all love. Collectors trade at their own risk.
👕 WHAT TO WEAR
Wear whatever makes you feel ready to rock! Whether that’s your favorite band tee, Thrilljoy merch, cosplay, or your best concert outfit, we can’t wait to see your style.
Just keep a few things in mind: the event is outdoors, so bringing a light jacket is a good idea once the sun goes down. We also highly recommend wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes, as one of the games will require them to participate. Come ready to rock, play, and make the most of the night!
💡 PRO TIPS
Arrive early to maximize your time, pick up your RFID wristband before Saturday evening if possible, bring a valid government-issued ID if you plan to enjoy your complimentary drinks, charge your phone for photos and surprise moments, and don’t forget your PIX! and ISO signs for trading.
❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I get multiple PIX! Packs if I bought multiple tickets?
No. Each ticket holder must be present to redeem their own ticket and will receive one Block Party PIX! Pack.
Food and drink access, wristbands, prizes, and other event items also cannot be redeemed by one guest on behalf of another. Every attendee must check in and redeem their own ticket.
📋 EVENT GUIDELINES
To help everyone have an amazing experience, please keep these reminders in mind:
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Thrilljoy reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the event at any time.
- RFID wristbands may not be cut, removed, transferred, or tampered with.
- Removal or damage to your wristband may result in removal from the event without a refund.
- Team selections made during checkout cannot be changed.
- Event technology prevents duplicate scans and multiple redemptions for games, food, drinks, prizes, and event items.
- Any giveaways, prizes, or exit items not collected before leaving the event cannot be fulfilled afterward.
- Thrilljoy is not responsible for damaged collectible packaging or boxes.
- Event exclusives, prizes, giveaways, food, and experiences are available while supplies last and are subject to change without notice.
🍕 FOOD & BEVERAGE NOTICE
Your ticket includes food and two complimentary drinks.
Food and beverages may contain common allergens, including dairy, nuts, soy, wheat, shellfish, sesame, and gluten. While allergen information may be available where possible, all food is prepared in shared kitchens where cross-contamination can occur. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions consume food and beverages at their own risk.
Alcohol will only be served to guests 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID.
