Thrilljoy 1-of-1 Hyper Rare Chase Piece Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Thrilljoy, LLC (“Thrilljoy”) periodically releases collectible product collections (each a “Collection”) that may include a single 1-of-1 Hyper Rare Chase Piece (“Hyper Rare Chase Piece”) that is randomly distributed and sold through standard retail or direct-to-consumer channels.

Finding a Hyper Rare Chase Piece may or may not include a bonus reward (“Bonus Reward”). The existence, type, and value of any Bonus Reward are determined at Thrilljoy’s sole discretion.

Important Notes:

  • Hyper Rare Chase pieces are not linked to any guaranteed purchase; finding the hyper rare chase piece requires chance.
  • The Hyper Rare Chase Piece must be verified as authentic by Thrilljoy as part of the claim process.
  • This promotion is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or contest. The Bonus Reward is a bonus utility included with select product, not a standalone prize or giveaway. Every purchaser receives a full-value product regardless of 1-of-1 collectible figure inclusion.

2. Eligibility for Bonus Reward

If a Bonus Reward is associated with a Hyper Rare Chase Piece, eligibility to claim the Bonus Reward is limited to individuals who are:

  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older, and
  • Not employees, officers, directors, representatives, or agents of Thrilljoy or its affiliates, or members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or household.

 If an ineligible person finds a Hyper Rare Chase Piece, they must immediately notify Thrilljoyand may not claim the Bonus Reward.

 3. How to Claim a Bonus Reward

The individual who finds the Hyper Rare Chase Piece and meets all eligibility requirements must complete the following steps to claim the Bonus Reward:

  1. Contact Thrilljoy within thirty (30) days of discovery at redemption@thrilljoy.com.
  2. Complete the digital form sent via email, including proof of identity and eligibility (government-issued ID) and the unique code provided on the “Redemption Card” enclosed within the packaging of the 1-of-1 collectible figure. 
  3. Thrilljoy may request the Hyper Rare Chase Piece be sent by certified mail or delivered in person for verification.
  4. Once the Hyper Rare Chase Piece and ownership are verified, the Bonus Reward claim process will proceed.

If the Hyper Rare Chase Piece is found to be inauthentic, altered, or damaged beyond recognition, the claim will be void.

 4. Publicity Release

By accepting a Bonus Reward, the participant agrees that Thrilljoy and its affiliates may use their name, likeness, image, and statements for promotional or marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

5. Release of Liability

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Thrilljoy, its affiliates, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation, the Bonus Reward, or any related activity.

 6. Tax Obligations

Participants are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with any Bonus Reward. Thrilljoy will issue IRS Form 1099 to U.S. participants, if required by law.

 7. Fraud and Abuse

The Hyper Rare Chase Piece must remain secure and unaltered. Thrilljoy reserves the right to disqualify any participant or void a claim if there is evidence of tampering, fraud, resale, gifting, or any misuse of the Hyper Rare Chase Piece. Claims submitted outside the official redemption process may also be void.

8. Limitations of Liability

Thrilljoy is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, damaged, or defective Hyper Rare Chase Pieces.
  • Late, incomplete, or undeliverable Bonus Reward claims caused by technical issues or shipping delays.
  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, acceptance, or use of the Bonus Reward. 

9. Bonus Rewards

  • PIX! Frodo 1-of-1 

The participant who finds the “One Ring to Rule Them All” chase piece and successfully completes the Bonus Reward claim process will receive:

Bonus Reward: A Trip for Two (2) to New Zealand

The Bonus Reward includes:

    • Roundtrip economy-class airfare for two (2) from the participant’s nearest major airport to New Zealand.
    • Five (5) nights hotel accommodations (standard, double occupancy).
    • Roundtrip airport transportation between the airport and the hotel.
    • WETA Workshop VIP tour 
    • Hobbiton VIP tour and lunch 
    • Roundtrip transportation to Hobbiton Movie Set Tour and back to the hotel.
    • Roundtrip transportation to WETA Workshop and back to the hotel.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $20,000

Cash Option: The participant may choose to receive $20,000 USD as a one-time cash payment instead of the trip.

  • The Bonus Reward restrictions:
    • The Bonus Reward must be claimed by July 1, 2026.
    • Travel must be booked and completed by December 31, 2026.
    • No extensions or substitutions will be granted.
    • The Bonus Reward trip is non-transferable, non-divisible, and cannot be resold.
  • PIX! Redd 1-of-1
    • The participant who finds the PIX! Redd 1-of-1 hyper rare chase piece and successfully completes the Bonus Reward claim process will receive one of each exclusive at Thrilljoy’s next convention and two (2) tickets to the Block Party Event.
    • Bonus Reward Restrictions:
      • The Bonus Reward must be claimed by 10/25/25.
      •  No extensions or substitutions will be granted.
      •  The Bonus Reward is non-transferable, non-divisible, and cannot be resold after the claim is made.
  •  PIX! Tux 1-of-1
    •  The participant who finds the PIX! Tux 1-of-1 hyper rare chase piece and successfully completes the Bonus Reward claim process will receive one of each exclusive at Thrilljoy’s next convention and two (2) tickets to the Block Party Event.
    • Bonus Reward Restrictions:
      • The Bonus Reward must be claimed by 10/31/26.
      • No extensions or substitutions will be granted.
      • The Bonus Reward is non-transferable, non-divisible, and cannot be resold after the claim is made. 

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to this Campaign will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Participants waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
