One Ring to Them All Official Rules

OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE ONE RING TO RULE THEM ALL 1 OF 1 CHASE 

1. ELIGIBILITY

The “One Ring to Rule Them All” 1 of 1 Chase Campaign (the “Campaign”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Thrilljoy, Hot Topic, Box Lunch, their affiliates, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The “Campaign” is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. By participating, individuals agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The “Campaign” begins on June 20, 2025 and ends on July 1, 2026 or while supplies of eligible products last (the “Promotional Period”). Thrilljoy reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotional Period at its discretion.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate, customers must seek out and purchase eligible Lord of the Rings-themed PIX! products during the Promotional Period:

1. Online and In-store at participating Hot Topic and Box Lunch locations

Each eligible product includes a unique chance to receive the “One Ring to Rule Them All” 1 of 1 chase piece. There is only one (1) chase piece available during the Promotional Period. Finding the chase piece and redeeming the unique code enclosed in the packaging of the product is the only way to secure the Bonus Reward described in Section 4.

Important Notes:

  • Chase pieces are not linked to any guaranteed purchase; finding the chase piece  requires chance.

  • The chase piece must be verified as authentic by Thrilljoy as part of the claim process.

  • This promotion is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or contest. No purchase is necessary to enter because no entry is being offered. The Bonus Reward is a bonus utility included with select product, not a standalone prize or giveaway. Every purchaser receives a full-value product regardless of 1-of-1 collectible figure inclusion.

4. BONUS REWARD DETAILS

The participant who finds the “One Ring to Rule Them All” chase piece and successfully completes the Bonus Reward claim process will receive:

Bonus Reward: A Trip for Two (2) to New Zealand

The Bonus Reward includes:

  • Roundtrip economy-class airfare for two (2) from the participant’s nearest major airport to New Zealand.

  • Five (5) nights hotel accommodations (standard, double occupancy).

  • Roundtrip airport transportation between the airport and the hotel.

  • WETA Workshop VIP tour 

  • Hobbiton VIP tour and lunch 

  • Roundtrip transportation to Hobbiton Movie Set Tour and back to the hotel.

  • Roundtrip transportation to WETA Workshop and back to the hotel.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $20,000

Cash Option: The participant may choose to receive $20,000 USD as a one-time cash payment instead of the trip.

Bonus Reward Restrictions:

  • The Bonus Reward must be claimed by July 1, 2026.

  • Travel must be booked and completed by December 31, 2026.

  • No extensions or substitutions will be granted.

  • The Bonus Reward trip is non-transferable, non-divisible, and cannot be resold.


5. BONUS REWARD CLAIM PROCESS 

The individual who finds the chase piece must complete the following steps to claim the Bonus Reward:

1.  Contact Thrilljoy within thirty (30) days of discovery at [email protected].

2. Complete digital form sent via e-mail, including proof of identity and eligibility (government-issued ID), as well as unique code provided on the “REDEMPTION CARD” enclosed within the packaging of the 1-of-1 collectible figure. (NOTE:  Thrilljoy may request 

the chase piece to be sent via certified mail or delivered in person. It will be returned to the participant after verification). 

3. Once the chase piece and ownership is verified, the Bonus Reward claim process will proceed.

If the chase piece is found to be inauthentic, altered, or damaged beyond recognition, the Bonus Reward claim will be void.


6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

A. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the Bonus Reward, the participant agrees that Thrilljoy and its affiliates may use their name, likeness, and images for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.


B. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participants agree to release Thrilljoy, Hot Topic, Box Lunch, their affiliates, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability for claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to their participation, the Bonus Reward, or any related travel or activity.

C. TRAVEL CONDITIONS

•The participant and their travel companion must hold valid passports and any required visas at the time of travel. Thrilljoy is not responsible for delays or travel issues related to documentation.

•Thrilljoy is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or other interruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

•If a flight is canceled, Thrilljoy will assist in rebooking without additional cost.


D. TAX OBLIGATIONS

The Bonus Reward participant is responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, or local taxes associated with the Bonus Reward. Thrilljoy will issue a Form 1099 to U.S. participants, if required.

E. FRAUD AND ABUSE

The chase piece must be kept secure and private. Thrilljoy reserves the right to disqualify participants if there is any evidence of tampering, fraudulent claims, or sharing of the chase piece outside the intended redemption process. If Thrilljoy determines that the chase piece has been improperly obtained, sold, resold, or gifted, the claim may be void.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Thrilljoy is not responsible for:

• Lost, damaged, stolen, or defective chase pieces.

• Late, incomplete, or undeliverable Bonus Reward claims due to technical errors or shipping 

delays.

•Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Campaign, acceptance of the Bonus Reward, or use of the Bonus Reward.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

This Campaign is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Campaign will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [insert jurisdiction]. Participants waive their right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
