Thrilljoy XP Rewards Just Got an Upgrade 

More XP. More rewards. More reasons to collect.  

While you have been leveling up your XP’s, we’ve also been doing a little leveling up behind the scenes. Thrilljoy XP Rewards is getting a major upgrade.  

Our new rewards experience is officially here with more ways to earn, more ways to redeem, and new tiers that reward you the more you collect.  

And if you were already part of our loyalty program, don’t worry. Your XP came with you.    

First Things First: What Happened to My Old XP?  

We know this is probably the first question our existing members have, so let’s get right to it: your existing XP has been transferred from Club LE, to the new Thrilljoy XP Rewards program.  

If you had an unused reward or coupon from our previous loyalty program, the XP you used to redeem it was first refunded back to your account on the original platform. Your resulting XP balance was then transferred into the new program.  

Basically, we made sure your unused XP and rewards didn’t get left behind during the move.  

You’re About to Earn A LOT More XP  

Previously in Club LE, every $1 spent = 1 XP.  

With the new Thrilljoy XP Rewards program, the amount of XP you earn depends on your tier:

• BRONZE $1 = 5 XP
• SILVER $1 = 6 XP
• GOLD $1 = 7 XP  

Everyone starts at Bronze, and as you shop and collect throughout the year, you can level up to Silver and Gold. The higher your tier, the more XP you earn on every eligible dollar you spend.  

Already In Club LE, And Want To Join XP Rewards?    

There’s nothing you need to do to move your existing XP over. We’ve taken care of that part.  

Your existing XP has been transferred, eligible purchases made at Thrilljoy.com since January 1 count toward your 2026 tier status, and any XP tied up in unused coupons from our previous program was refunded before your balance was moved over.  

Just log into your Thrilljoy account and head to XP Rewards to see your balance, check your tier, explore available rewards, and find even more ways to earn.  

New here? Create an account and you’ll automatically start at Bronze Status.  

Elevate Your Status    

Your XP isn’t the only thing leveling up.  

The more you collect, the more you unlock.  

BRONZE STATUS | $0+  

Start here! Enjoy member perks, earn 5 XP per $1 spent, and get a 500 XP birthday gift.  

SILVER STATUS | $200+  

Level up with 6 XP per $1 spent, a 750 XP birthday gift, exclusive rewards, and more.  

GOLD STATUS | $600+  

Unlock the most with 7 XP per $1 spent, a 1,000 XP birthday gift, exclusive rewards, a Gold Tier entry reward, free shipping on orders over $150, and more.  

And No, You’re Not Starting Over  

Already been collecting with us this year? It counts!!!    

Any eligible purchases you’ve made at Thrilljoy.com since January 1, 2026 will count toward your tier status.  

So when you log into the new XP Rewards program, you’re not starting from $0. Your eligible 2026 spend has come with you.  

That means if you’ve already spent enough this year to qualify for Silver or Gold, those previous purchases count toward getting you there.  

One important note: your tier is based on the merchandise subtotal of eligible purchases. Shipping and taxes do not count toward your annual spend total.  

How Long Do I Keep My Tier Status?  

Here’s another fun part.  

Once you unlock Silver or Gold, you’ll keep that status for the remainder of the calendar year AND the entire following calendar year.  

So if you hit Gold in December 2026, you’ll have Gold status for the rest of 2026 and all of 2027.  

Okay, But What Can I Actually Do With My XP?  

You’ll be able to exchange your XP for different rewards and perks, including things like:      

• Free Thrilljoy items      
• Exclusive items      
• Free shipping      
• Discounts and rewards      
• Special perks and experiences  

Rewards can change throughout the year, giving you new reasons to check your XP Rewards page and see what’s waiting for you.  

See something you really want? We wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it. Some rewards may only be available for a limited time or while supplies last.  

The Fine Print    

Thrilljoy XP Rewards is currently available to U.S. residents ages 18 and older.  

XP and tier status are earned through eligible purchases made at Thrilljoy.com using your Thrilljoy account.  

At this time, purchases made through third-party marketplaces like Whatnot and TikTok Shop do not earn XP or count toward tier qualification.  

Shipping and taxes also do not count toward your annual tier spend.  

Unused XP expires 12 months after it is earned, so don’t let those points sit around collecting dust. When you redeem XP, your oldest XP will automatically be used first.
