NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
This Thrilljoy PIX! Invincible Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Thrilljoy, LLC, 7401 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Suite 22, North Hollywood, CA 91605. (“Sponsor” or “Thrilljoy”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 22, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 22, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter — No Purchase or Payment Necessary
(a) Free online entry. During the Promotion Period, visit https://thrilljoy.com/pages/sweepstakes and complete and submit the entry form, including your name, email address, and any other required fields. This method of entry is free; no purchase or payment of any kind is required.
(b) Alternate method of entry. An equal and free alternate method of entry (“AMOE”) will be available to everyone. To use the AMOE, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the words “Thrilljoy PIX! Invincible Sweepstakes” on a 3˝x 5˝ card and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to Thrilljoy, LLC, 7401 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Suite 22, North Hollywood, CA 91605. Each valid AMOE entry receives the same number of entries and the exact same odds of winning as any purchase-linked entry. Mail-in entries must be received by August 22, 2026.
(c) Entry limit. Limit one entry per person during the Promotion Period. No entry fee, payment, shipping or handling charge, paid application or subscription, proof of purchase, mandatory survey, paid account, or other thing of value is required to enter or to win.
(d) Equal treatment. All entries, regardless of method, have equal dignity and an equal chance of winning. No method of entry will be given any advantage or disadvantage in the selection of winners. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or generated by automated or unauthorized means are void.
5. Prizes
One prize will be awarded. The prize consists of three (3) framed Original Hand Drawn Production Art from Season 1 of the Amazon Prime series Invincible - from Season 1, Episode 5 “That Actually Hurt”. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $1,500 USD; the aggregate ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $1,500 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one (1) prize per person. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on August 24, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.
8. Winner Notification; Claim Deadline; Unclaimed Prizes
Potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry, on or about August 24, 2026. Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, including, without limitation, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within ten (10) days of the date of notification. The contents and requirements of the foregoing affidavit will be at Sponsor’s discretion. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, fails to respond or return required documents by the stated deadline, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor’s discretion.
9. Taxes
All prizes are awarded “as is.” The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of a prize. For any prize with an ARV of $600 or more, the winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner and to the IRS as required by law.
10. Publicity / Likeness Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation. Residents of Tennessee and New York: such uses will not be made without the winner’s separate written consent, as required by applicable law.
11. Release; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from and against any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for any technical, hardware, software, network, or other failure of any kind.
12. Disputes; Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. By entering, each entrant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Los Angeles, California, for any disputes arising out of these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://thrilljoy.com/policies/privacy-policy. Sponsor provides notice at the point of entry of the categories of personal information collected and will use that information only to administer the Sweepstakes unless the entrant consents otherwise. California residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws have the data rights described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Winners List and Copy of Official Rules
For a copy of these Official Rules or a list of winners (available after August 24, 2026), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Thrilljoy, LLC, 7401 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Suite 22, North Hollywood, CA 91605 by October 31, 2026. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
15. Social Media / Platform Release
If the Sweepstakes is promoted or entered through any third-party platform, the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with such platform. Entrants must comply with all applicable platform terms, and a free, non-social method of entry remains available as described in Section 4.
