The Thrilljoy Block Party is almost here!! If you were lucky enough to score a ticket to Boardwalk Bash, this is everything you need to know before the night begins - from what’s included to what to wear, what to bring, and how to win.

 

📍 EVENT TIMELINE

Date: Friday, July 25, 2025

Location: InterContinental San Diego - 901 Bayfront Ct, San Diego, CA 92101

Doors Open: 6:00PM

Games End: 11:00PM

Party Ends: 11:30PM

Redemption Center Closes: 11:45PM

 

🎟️ WHAT YOUR TICKET GETS YOU

Each ticket includes:

• 2 drink tickets (beer, wine, or non-Alcohol beverages)
• 2 treat tickets (ice cream, churros, or soft pretzels)
• Your choice of a hot dog or slice of pizza
• A Block Party PIX! Pack with 4 exclusive PIX! and 1 Bloo-niverse PIXL
• Access to all games, activities, entertainment, and prizes
• Full bar with specialty cocktails for purchase

 

WHAT TEAM WILL YOU BE ON?!

Upon arrival, you’ll be sorted into one of three teams:

• Team Redd
• Team Bloo
• Team Tux

 

Throughout the night, your team will face off in challenges & games to earn points. Bragging rights are great, but prizes are even better. Only one team will take home the official Block Party Trophy.

 

🎡 WHAT TO EXPECT

This is not a sit-down event; this is a celebration of collectors. There are no assigned seats, no formal programming, and no reason to sit still.

Here’s what’s waiting for you:

• Dance floor with music all night
• Classic carnival games where you can win tickets to redeem for prizes
• A Ferris wheel, photo ops, and treat stands
• A Redemption Center where you can trade game tickets for prizes like sunglasses, protos, and Bloo busts
• A dunk tank featuring Karissa & Brian
• Live announcements and on-stage surprises throughout the night until 9:30PM
• And plenty of surprises we won’t spoil here

 

👗 WHAT TO WEAR

Wear what speaks to you, this is your night. The theme is Boardwalk Bash, so bring your beachy best, your vintage vibe, or your cosplay creation!

Some things to keep in mind:

• The event is outdoors and on grass
• It can get chilly by the water at night, bring layers
• Cosplay is welcome, but real or replica weapons, including props, are not allowed
• No heels… the event is on grass…trust us on this one

 

🚫 WHAT NOT TO BRING

 To keep things safe and fun, please leave these at home:

• Outside food or beverages (sealed water bottles are OK)
• Glass bottles
• Folding chairs
• Tripods
• Luggage or oversized bags

All bags are subject to search prior to entry or exit.

• Bring a valid ID (you’ll need it for drinks)
• Keep your digital or printed ticket handy
• Arrive early to maximize your time
• Bring items to trade and connect with fellow collectors
